Pastor Richard  E. Horne

Pastor Horne accepted Christ in his life on June 19, 1988. While in prayer one day the Spirit of the Lord spoke to him saying, "Study my word, feed my sheep, so much to be done so little time".

In the fall of that year pastor enrolled in Manhattan Bible Institute West completing four years earning a Bachelors in Religious education. After completion of his first year and graduation from evangelism as valedictorian God commissioned him in February1991 to found World Harvest Ministries an community outreach ministry going out to the streets preaching the gospel to the hurting and the homeless.

In February 2001 after ten years of preaching to thousands of souls on the streets God birthed in pastor's spirit that it was time to develop World Harvest Ministries Christian Fellowship. The vision has been expanded and now includes a family worship center that provides ministry to the every need, i.e... spiritually, mentally, physically and environmentally.

First Lady and Pastor were married in May of 1987 . She is an anointed woman who loves God and is committed to serving Him. LaVina has completed studies and received an AAS in paralegal studies as well as an Bachelors in Religious Education from anchor Theological Seminary in Texarkana Arkansas.
